We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
One thing we didn't appreciate was the situation in the parking area. There were several homeless individuals hanging around in front of the hotel, and some were smoking marijuana. This made us feel a little uncomfortable, and we hope the hotel can address this issue to provide a more comfortable environment for guests.

In a great location and just a short walk to plenty of dining options.
Easy to access downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate
Breakfast provided
Great Staff
Good value for money.
The rooms were a T shape which gave you a little extra space to store luggage at one end and with the bathroom at the other end.
Free parking close to your room
Rooms were a little dark as the only window faces onto to the path at the side of the building from which everyone accesses their room. For privacy you need to get the curtains pulled.
The TV Guide was very confusing so trying to access channels wasn’t easy.
Air-conditioner was quite noisy
Despite all these negatives you have to remember how cheap it is to stay here compared to other options in the city

I liked the location
Ice machine was hard to find

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice.
Main thing is the noise levels. Sound proofing is non-existent and people were constantly standing on the walkways outside the rooms and having chats at all hours, which woke us up constantly. I’m not a light sleeper. You’ll being hearing everyone coming and going.
Then I thought a family with a kid were talking loudly outside our room and was going to ask them to move along, but realized they were in the room next to us, so nothing I could do.
They also had a really weird policy that they didn’t rent to locals, which I found off putting, though I don’t get why.
