Front Desk staff was amazing especially the girl that checked us in. She asked me multiple times if we were all ok. I really liked that
If there was any critique at all, it's not really the hotel itself. The area of the hotel is a bit shady. A number of homeless and drug addicted people near by. We didn't put ourselves in a bad situation but it's the kinda thing I didn't like having to explain to my young children. Where we live, you don't see anything like it

There was hairs in the restroom floor when we first received the room.

The top floor was amazing the view was awesome.
There was a bag of trash on the 4th floor as you come off the elevator. We let the front desk know when we checked in.The trash was still there the next morning. On our way out we let the front desk know again about the smell of the trash. When we returned the trash was moved but you could still smell it. No one wants to stay anywhere there is a smell of trash.
