The room was large and very comfortable. As always, the hot tub & pool were very enjoyable.

The location
There was a bee issue in our room. We’re lucky none of us are allergic to bee stings and were fortunate that it didn’t come to anyone getting stung. We told the front desk and all that was said was that farmers sometimes disturb local animals (I’m sorry I didn’t know bees were considered “animals”). There was no apology either. There was a hive outside our window and the bees found a way into our room through a small hole next to the air conditioner.
My kids told me that the outside side door was kept unlocked after they left to run to the car and didn’t need their key to get back inside. This was after 10pm too. Not very secure in my eyes!
Also when leaving our room to check out the elevator stopped working. So we had to carry our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. We told the front desk and the person replied, “No the elevator is fine, I just got off of it.” Again there was no apology.
