Mixed feelings

We like the pool area and the location was great for easy access to South beach, the area were the hotel is situated is quiet and the staff are friendly. We like that we complimentary passes for a a beach sun lounger and umbrella

The hotel seemed to have some sort of drainage problem and the smell of sewage in certain areas, the garderners were cutting grass and trimming the hedges making a lot of noise while we were trying to relax by the pool

Couldn’t have been better

Hotel suprised me because it went above my expectations, it was a great hotel, with amazing staff and a great room.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, great staff!

Location is fantastic - one street behind some great restaurants and walking distance from all the other streets and the beach. (Try Rosetta Bakery for breakfast!) I'm always picky about the bed and pillow but they are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. A few staff members even remembered my name! Rooms are spacious and two free water bottles are provided daily. Can definitely recommend!

Walls are thin between the rooms and staff/guests can be noisy with closing doors. (I woke up several times at night/in the morning due to that) Can be easily fixed with a soft-close mechanism. Fridge/AC can be noisy at night but luckily they are easy to turn off and control yourself.

Go there if you don’t have car.

Location

They don’t have proper parking and you have to pay for parking. I was checking in and trying to figure it out where to park and someone tow my car and I had to pay $547 cash to tow company. They asked me to pay in cash only and hotel staff was like sorry I can’t do anything.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Miami beach

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, quarto com frigobar , piscina aquecida, café, chá e muffins a disposição na recepção, Toalhas p praia. Próximo de vários restaurantes e uns 8 minutos de caminhada para Lincoln Road. No momento o café da manhã está sendo servido em outro local por estar em reforma .

Academia bem fraquinha, praticamente não existe!

If you are looking for an average hotel, quite this is good.

The staff was amazing! Very nice and helpful. The room is very big. The hotel is located 2 street from the beach. Nice small calm pool.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. They can do better with the noise from the hallway.

Good stay and staff where very helpful

The location was excellent in a nice part of town with easy access to good restaurants and bars. The staff where brilliant and really looked after us, especially at check in and in the bar

The bar was limited and no food was available apart from vending machines in the pool/ bar area.

Superb

Art Deco hotel South Beach style. Very polite and helpful personel. The hotel provided beach towels and a set of 2 sunbeds and one umbrella at the beach 3 minutes walk from the hotel every day without extra charge. Coffee, tea and sweet snacks were offered almost all day long at the reception area. The location is very near to the beach and to nice restaurants and bars. 20 minutes walk to Ocean Drive.

No elevator in building 2. No balcony in our room, no way to open window, so drying wet swimwear was difficult. There was some sand at the botom of the pool.

No installation. Very loud. The people upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the floor. I could hear their conversation. Smells of weed in the hallways.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite location but close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very good breakfast is available in a close by very nice restaurant.

Great value, great location, adequate but no frills

Location was great. Room adequate. No frills but price was good. Nice lobby, good AC. Could have used a few more amenities like more towels. Refrigerator did not work . Pool area lovely

Exceeded expectations big time!!

The hotel was very lovely- it exceeded by expectations big time. The room was super spacious and literally 5 min walking distance to the beach. I will definitely come back here when i’m back in Miami

Superb

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect and the facility is super clean. There is a section at the beach for the customer that include chairs and umbrellas. You can also buy drinks and food there.

Even though I liked the hotel I gotta say that the beds were not very comfortable. This is my only bad comment. Other than that I liked it and I would go back in the future.

Excellent location close to beach, superb staff and fabulous heated pool.

The staff was wonderful, especially Mihaela who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. It rained most of the time we were there and the heated pool was fabulous as we could swim even in the rain, it was the only thing we could enjoy in the lousy weather, felt really nice to get in the warm water when it was raining and chilly outside.

Great location even though it Wasn't right on the beach It was close enough and the free lawn chairs

We loved how close it was to everything and how helpful and friendly the staff was beautiful hotel and great location

Superb

The staff here is truly kind and helpful. I loved the closeness to the beach and the pool was very peaceful and clean. It was mine and my friend's birthday weekend and the staff/management kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne. I would definitely stay here again.
