Fantastic boutique feel hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside bar area have a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff were positive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were high class and very relaxing with a view over the pool. Golf buggy to the beach and again fantastic beach service to your sun bed.

only thing we did not like was the Breakfast, we paid more to have breakfast included. But it was basically a fruit bowl with coffee.

Decor. Bathrooms. Cleanliness and crispness of sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Room lighting was relaxing as well. Shuttle and valet parking were greatly appreciated. Location was perfect too.
Fitness center was too small, but nicely stocked with equipment.

Close to the sea, even if it's full of sargassum. Cristiano, the pool bar staff member, is always very friendly. We had lunch several times and the food was very good.
We chose this hotel for the golf cart ride to the beach, but nowhere was it stated that children under 12 are not allowed in the cart, not even with their parents. Parking isn't $49.00; for a standard SUV, it's $59.00; this isn't stated anywhere either. Late checkout upon arrival cost $50-75, but on our last day, it cost us $150, to stay until 3pm, so much so that at the precise time the cleaning staff suddenly entered the room without even knocking and shouting that we had to leave.. We were surprised they'd told us that price. The room was far from everything. There was construction near the pool that we were told would be finished the day after our arrival, but when we left, it still hadn't been finished. The pool wasn't clean. The included breakfast wasn't exactly adequate. Small bedroom. We had to ask for the coffee pods in the room at reception, because they don't put them back in the room.
