Gym, room and lobby were simply fantastic. Check in smooth. Location was very central and easy to get everywhere.
The prices were very high - completely out of keeping with the restaurants and shops nearby - but I guess you get that with the exclusive nature of the property. Room air con was a bit loud but worked well.

fridge and bathrooms clean. Thank you for leaving dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Also Robinson was very helpful
There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit and NO EXTRA ones! The slip covers, rug and behind the couch was filthy

the 1 Hotel is a beautiful property with great amenities, pools, beach, spa, fitness, location and staff!
the unit overall was very nice, super clean and comfortable. just a couple of snags, when we first arrive it had an overwhelming cleaner smell (Fabuloso), when it fades gives way to a strong mildew smell. the shower head drips, not a big deal as a guest but as owner i’d like to know. otherwise very nice.
