The room was 1300$ which was the entry price, no view, no balcony, low floor. We were luckily offered a balcony but the noise from the hotel ventilation right under our windows was unbearable. The room was spacious and very nice thought.
We didn't get any help with our luggage, the problem is that the hotel is too big, 400 rooms, so its impossible to reach the Reception, so basically you can't reach them for any king of help. No luggage help, the first day they forgot to send housekeeping, I had to go down to reception for them to send someone. The food trays would just sit there for 24h, impossible to call room service to remove. So even if the hotel is nice, the fact that there is too much people affects the quality of the service unfortunately.
