It was a place to sleep. Expensive for the quality .

The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.

We asked for two extra pillows and we were told there were none. The showerhead kept dripping water;we couldn’t turn it off completely. Consequently the floor got wet. I suggest you get that tightened. There was a party going on outside of our window at 4 am with the music cranked right up from their car. We were also attending the Miami Open men’s Semifinals and would’ve liked to watch Tennis before we went for the Friday night match. We were in room 122 and our friends were in 108. These issues were reported to the day staff on checkout and she said she would let her manager know.

I won't be staying here again.

The staff was helpful and nice and the rooms were fairly quiet. The breakfast was coffee and single serve muffins and oatmeal, which all were decent. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough.

Property was very dirty, hallways were also dirty and smelles. The wi-fi even the paid high speed was not enough to Facetime with my family, I had to drive down to the McDonalds down the street.

It was decent and could have been better for the amount of money I paid.

The property and the room itself was decent and everything worked well.

There was a smell of smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The toilet seat had a burn mark. Lastly, breakfast consisted of small wrapped muffins - not much there to talk about.

It was uncomfortable but it was a place to sleep.

The location was the only thing we liked about our stay, that’s because we didn’t have to drive far for work.

The tv didn’t work, the ac didn’t cool the room, the beds were uncomfortable and seemed smaller than queen more like full beds. The other guests were loud and rang our door bell.

Other than that my kids love the pool they enjoy their stay but I will not go with that location aga

The breakfast was okay it wasn't a great variety no cereal no milk but I understand in the location was great

The room refrigerator was open the rubber was worn the refrigerator kept popping open some of the cabinets were ripped a little the second room didn't have a lock at all smell funny and was missing a phone so I had to go back into my first room cuz they had nothing else to offer

Top notch service and attention to detail i will definitely be staying here again.

The Staff was amazing ! They are attentive courteous and made me feel at home on my Stay, the manager even called to make sure everything in the room was to my liking . service is top notch. The continental breakfast and coffee was a great way to get going I will definitely come back to the hotel and recommend to others to stay there. it was above and beyond

That i didn't have more time to stay. and that the weather didn't let me enjoy the pool.

Hotel should've been called Extend Your Hand & Do It You All YOURSELF!

There was no phone in my room. God forbid if there was an emergency. The bathroom needs to be updated and there was no exhaust fan. The TV was on a huge night stand and in order to see, you had to literally move the night stand.. and it was heavy. The sofa bed was broke at the bottom so it felt like I was sleeping on a sliding board. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights and never had our room tidied up. The breakfast was nothing but cold coffee and granola bars, so I'm not sure why it said on the site that breakfast was served. We had to take our own trash out. The kitchen's oven knob had no numbers on it so I made pizza on a wish and a prayer. Nice size pool, however it was never cleaned out. My kids had to take the leaves out with their hands because the net was broken. Hotel staff were nice however at check out, I stood in line for 10 minutes and no one came to the front. I wrote my room numbers on a Country Inn & Suites notepad and left the keys. For the amount of money I spent, I definitely should have stayed somewhere else. Instead of being called Extended Stay America, it should have been called Extend Your Hand and Do All The Stuff Yourself!

Overall, my stay wasn’t that bad, but probably wouldn’t return.

The rooms and lobby are so nice and cold. it was refreshing coming in from the heat.

I did see a small roach on the bathroom counter. This property allows pets so sometimes there would be a dog barking loud. Other guests were loud sometimes too, blasting music in the parking lot late at night. Room could use some minor repairs. The floor had a long crack in it, the counter in the bathroom had some of the paneling pulled off.

While booking through the site , we asked for 2-Queen bed Suite hotel. However, we got 1 King bed suite hotel . Either way the Hotel room 311 wasn’t ready @ 3:00pm for check in as promised. Also , inside of the bathroom there was dried blood on the edge of the counter . The pull out sofa also had a dried substance that looked like dried blood or juice . Just unclean!

There was nothing in the room. Not even 1 glass and when we requested one from the front desk we received plastic tumblers. The carpet had not been cleaned and a constant smell was evident.

Dirty rooms - never again

The location was the only good thing.

When we arrived in the room it wasn´t ready and was smelling pretty bad. The hall and the corridors were clearly dirty. That was one of the worst experiences in my life. The front desk told me that he would gave me a discount, but it didn´t happen.
