Great location; spacious, well-appointed room; delicious breakfast, all for a more reasonable rate than local motels.
These are relatively nit-picky, but we were invited to draw from a DVD library when there was no (apparent) means to play them in the room. Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the spa bath; when it's not readily apparent, in-room instructions would be nice.

They called me and coordinated my arrival. The room was excellent. Contact information was available even after hours.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. The owner or the woman who cooked us breakfast had an attitude that was not appreciated. There was no welcome or questions about how your stay is, or asking if we needed anything. I felt snubbed!
Communication was terrible and confusing. My wife and I spent 20-30 minutes when we first arrived at 3 pm trying to check in. I received a phone call after I arrived in Pasco from my flight, instructing me to come around back to pick up the key. It was not obvious, and I would have appreciated an email with directions. It ended up being a bit of a scavenger hunt.
