Close to the beach, nice room & price.

Great price for a good location, good service comfortable stay and enjoyed the movie channels

It was near the beach about 1mile away and close to restaurants

Was tiny but cozy had a good night sleep

No breakfast beds small room very small no Wi-Fi free or paid no tv stations nothing came on tv pool was green and chairs torn I asked for a second blanket and the said no they didn’t have one

The location was nice and the room was clean when we checked in

The pool was gross and they wouldn't clean it so guests could swim, we were there whole week. If we were in our room when maid service went by, they wouldn't tend to your room. I had to track down towels on couple of the days. I definitely will look at other hotels next time in Oceanside.

Nasty, dirty, no swimming pool available. Pillows are disgusting. Walls and edges are filthy.

I would not consider staying at this property again.

The Property is conveniently located just off of the freeway. Easy off and easy on Access.

The room was run down and had a bad smell a sloppy paint job Trying to cover up the cleanliness of the room. The door was warped. It seemed unsafe only one working light in the general room area.

It was a poor decision to stay at this facility

Extra prices occurred there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Floor was filthy. Walls where dirty.

Rehab the property for the price we had to pay.

Clean beds and hot showers

There was no smoke detector in the room. The wall paint was oil based paint. Bathroom was clean but dirty. Roof looked like original and needed to be replaced. Exterior walls were dusty and parking lot and exterior staircase in the dark. Felt unsafe. And the door had big gouge of paint missing or pealed off.

Completely awful and a waste of money.

No breakfast and very dirty. The whole place was filled with stains and was nasty. The shower smelled like sewer and overall awful stay.

It was svery dirty and had literal stains on the sheets. The wall has stains too and holes. The smoke detector was off and the bathroom was dirty.

Was a horrible experience overall. Was given 3 different rooms. One room was already occupied, the second room hadn't even been cleaned yet, the third room was ok. It was awful

Near liquor store and fast food joints close to beach

As soon as I walked in there was a huge ass roach. Not your average roach... But other than that no signed of bugs or critters.

Was pretty mediocre, maybe less than. You get what you paid for

I liked how cheap the hotel room was and there was a good amount of availability. It is not too far from the ocean so that is a plus, but you are definitely getting what you paid for so keep that in mind

I didn’t like the fact that it took me forever to find my room. And when showing the next morning a very strong odor; literal stench coming from the drain. It made the entire hotel room smell disgusting. I preferred to not enter the restroom because the smell was sickening to the stomach. It smelled like actual sewage, which is obviously build up inside the drains that has not been managed in a long time.

The location

The staff was condescending and incompetent. They couldn't find my reservation. So I booked it on site which cost me more in fees. They made an unauthorized charge to my bank account and failed to take accountibility for it. I am now in the process disputing this charge. I am very dissappointed in this experience.

Very poor

Nothing there are damages everywhere..

To pay the price booking.com said I would pay instead of getting there and them changing the price then pretending like they didn't and can't change the price when clearly they did cause I was supposed to pay $374.00 for 4 nights and when I pop up Monday with my confirmation of my booking at that price they said I had yo pay $383.00 for 4 nights. With that being said I'll be calling the better business Bureau today to let them know this place is doing extortion.

As good as it can be for where it is located

The room was definitely cleaner than the last time I stayed here. Plus the bathroom was remodeled. I like the little cubby for the closet area

This area is BAD. Lots of homeless, a lot of weird people around all the time.
