Location, staff, wifi, overall look of the place.

Flat pillows, freezer unusable, ice machine inadequate, gates to back patio stuck closed, patio area had lots of dog poop, no smart tv, vending machine empty and broken, no tea

Shower was plugged up and overflowed into bathroom. Maintenance did come in and remedied the situation.coul
