The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large, and the bathroom arrangement is private- still important for a married couple. The location is easy to find

Maybe another chair would be nice - only one person can sit to watch TV unless from ht bed.

We arrived at our hotel on Saturday night after arriving in Denver International Airport in the afternoon and a long drive to Salida. We were very tired. The front desk representative was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended “50 Burger Shakes & Beer” when we let him know that we didn’t drive far and want to eat somewhere close to hotel and quick. The hotel and our room were nice, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the hot breakfast.

Great Location. Clean Room. Bed was ok. Staff was friendly.

The price! The Breakfast was not good.

Upon checking in, I waited for 10 minutes while the desk clerk was on the phone. The conversation wasn’t work related but then she told me sorry I was talking to my boss. The elevator didn’t work and we weren’t told that at check-in. The room was very lackluster and needed more decoration. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard.
