clean room, clean bathroom, polite staff, quiet AC, secure locks on door.
Variety at breakfast every morning. Replenish for those who come in the last hour. Do not disassemble befre breakfast time is over. Do not put hairs on tables when people are still in the room eating

I like the fact that rooms were downstairs and close to pool. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi key would not work when we tried to log in. The cockroaches my kids found and killed. The washer and dryer machine not working or the soda machines.
