Front desk was professional and kind. The room was clean and the room was recently up dated and wonderful.
The mattress. It wasn't great, my back hurt so bad in the morning. Parking was wonky too. barley manageable.

The sink in my room 12 backed up. There was a cigarette smell and I had to put a towel under the door.

Closed right as 10 when we walked in, but it didn’t really look like much more than toaster items and waffles.
Heavy smell of cleaning products in the room, shower has a leak that sprays up and around.

"Location was just perfect,train station was just a 10/15 min walk. Train runs every hr into central Chicago and only $3.75 one way or $7.50 return. Staff were very polite and helpful
