The cuatomer service was great!
The hotel is dated. The room was fine, but the hallways were darker and very dated (old carpeting, dingy paint, etc.) and the exterior of the hotel was drab.

The first room smelled musty, but the second room I was in didn’t have a smell and was more comfy.
