It was relaxing

Clean and quiet

Horrible

Nothing, very disappointed

The water was brown in the toilet, sink and tub. The tub was purposely altered to not hold water due to fear of customers overflowing so I was not able to clean myself or bathe or drink any water.

Jacuzzi did not work ..

Nothing.

The clerk was rude he tossed the machine across the desk for me to sign it. I told him that wasn't nice at all. If I hadn't already reserved I would have went elsewhere, but we were all tired from driving so far from home.

Horrible Stay

What I liked about the stay is that is was convenient for me beings though I was visiting because I had to take my daughter to college

What I didn’t like is that we picked this specific stay because not only was it convenient, it has a pool and the room we booked had an a jacuzzi which was perfect because we used this trip as a vacation as well! When we arrived the pool had a closed sign on it and the gentleman at the front desk was very rude when we asked about it! He also said it would be open in an hour(fyi the pool never opened our whole stay)! When it was time for me to sign he literally tossed the paper at me instead of handing it to me or sitting it on the counter for me to sign! I would’ve left if the room wasn’t already paid for so I just went to my room! The rooms look liked they were cleaned by people who didn’t care! The jacuzzi didn’t work at all and I felt like at least we have the jacuzzi since the pool didn’t open but no jacuzzi either and those were the main two reasons we picked this spot! When I went to the front desk to report it no one was there! I went back to the room to try and use the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t even work! Why did I pay for a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi didn’t work! I would like if not all atleast half my money back for a pointless stay because I could’ve went somewhere else that has a working pool and jacuzzi! This was such a horrible experience for my first time visiting Maryland and I will not recommend or stay at this place EVER AGAIN! I only have a video of the stay

Clean and quiet

The room was clearly redone and it was nice and clean and comfortable. Also having Netflix to log in to was great!

Lied about breakfast. There was bagels and oj, wouldn’t have booked if I knew there was not actuallly a breakfast. The electricity was wonky, barely charged items if they actually worked. Coffee maker but no coffee or sweaters.
