Uncomfortable!

The location and the staff were okay!

This property is VERY outdated and has a smell which I’m sure is from the carpet that needs to be pulled up! I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean my own room! First room I got checked into there was huge stains all over the cover and sheets! Got placed into another room with only 2 half body towels and a wash cloth! Upon check out they literally charged me $25 as if I took towels that were never in there. I always bring my own towels and wash cloths when traveling! Now weeks after my stay I see that someone is going in and canceling my stay and marking me as a no show when clearly I checked in, stayed, and checked out which is kind of skeptical!! It’s definitely not worth the price! Would highly recommend going across the street to Econo Lodge!

Very disappointed in condition of hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location is convenient.

The hotel is very shabby. Our room smelled musty and was not cleaned for TWO days. Toiletries/towels are cheap. The pool closed at 8pm. No outdoor seating area.

Don’t stay here.

Stains everywhere, only three choices for breakfast- all carbs and no protein, entire place reeked of cigarettes, giant stain on ceiling.

I would stay again if the room rate went down

Ed was comfortable pool was great needs cleaning bit nice and refreshing

Will never stay at a “Quality” again.

The beds were comfortable.

The pubic hair that was in the towel, the shower never got hot, the carpet in the main hallway was disgusting, the room was a non smoking room but smelt of stale cigarette smoke. The only time I saw staff at the front was when I first checked in and when I checked out.

Damp

The room was damp an the hall way smelt like cigarettes. I found trash form previous guests in the room an also had to buy an air freshener so it was bearable. The place has been run down a lot since the photos where taken

Disappointing

Staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was rickety. The seat was loose. The ice machine was running water all night.

Lousy breakfast. Waffles were only hot food. Yogurts were all out of date. Very little staffing. Shower sucked.

I’m going to take them to small claims court for restitution.

Wouldn’t go near it. Hotel filthy. Very neglected and run down. We couldn’t find anything to like here and threw out clothes. A pool of dirty water on the toilet seat cover on arrival and the used soap left behind the crew along with only a few of the picture documentation I took is sufficient reason to confirm there was mutagen more not to like. The whole crew should be fired especially the argumentative nasty manager.

Filthy. Run down and the board of health should be notified. Male manager rude and nasty. Cleaning personal if there is one is incompetent.

I’d come back but would request a room with a bathroom with a fan.

The bathroom was dirty with dirty towels on the floor. When I complained a guy named Samual Horn told me it wasn’t his job to clean the bathroom as he was front desk and that the bathroom looked clean to him.

Did not get the room I booked. I booked A king bed room. they gave me a full size bed

They had a room available at short notice.

They said we'd have a king bed after a change they recommended, and it wasn't a king at all. Television wasn't working. Breakfast was meager.

Well never book a room at this location again.

We didn’t spend the night cause we ended up leaving. Bathroom had a lot of hair all over the place and bed had pee stains on covers and underskirt. We asked for a refund.

good place to stay for a night or so, but not with a family

bed was very comfortable, in a nice location close to everything. staff was very nice.

no pool, no gym , breakfast was basically just cereal, ants in the bathroom, cost was pretty high for the facility
