Decent Breakfast
Checked in Friday to a Roach infested room on the first night and staff unable to resolve this till the next morning of our stay! After making us late to our event Saturday due to being moved to a different room on day two of our stay. I bought bug spray and spayed that room…… more bugs!!! But this time, the spray I used killed them. Leaking ac unit that sounded like a military aircraft taking off when it started, dripping water on the floor which I’m sure was the reason for the damp musty smell in the room. I placed a cup under it so the cup would catch the water and noticed the unit being held up by a 2x4 🤯 I was told by the front desk to reach out to the manager who would be in on Monday the day we checked out but getting a hold of her or getting her on the phone with something of a trick. I was not asking to be refunded for the whole trip however I did asked to be refunded for Friday nights roach infested stay. It took a while, but they did refund me the Friday night stay. I am a military Mom in town visiting My Marine 😎 and I will say the amount of groups I belong to for military moms will definitely be made aware of the stay we had and the problems that arose and how those problems were dealt with. I would hate for another Mom to have her trip ruined and time taken away from her visit with her Marine to deal with hotel stuff that they shouldn’t have to deal with.
