The stay was ok it was rudely over charged for the towel with make up on it

Disgusting room

Front desk staff very helpful and kind

The place was disgusting. The sheets had marks/burn holes maybe?? The floors had dust balls and hair. The "wood" headboard had werid stains. The bathroom had stains and chipping porcelain, the faucet was broken. Overall I was very grossed out and was uncomfortable.

Just stay away…PLEASE!

The staff was super nice and helpful. Can’t say anything bad about the people at the front desk at all.

This place is an absolute dump. When I say that, I don’t mean figuratively…I mean a literal dump. When our group arrived, the staff in the lobby was extremely nice and good people all the way. So this review is not a personal jab at them. Once we checked in they handed me remotes for the TVs for the rooms I booked, which was a little odd but I’m sure they’ve had problems with theft of those so that’s fair enough. My group proceeds to the rooms and there’s literal garbage EVERYWHERE outside the rooms, going up the stairs etc. and it all looked like it was weeks old. It looked like a party had taken place the entire week before and the garbage never made it to the dumpers. There was a smell of absolute filth outside in the parking area. The walkways were absolutely filthy with goo and God knows what else along with cigarette butts. We entered the rooms…(now before I proceed, I travel for a living and have stayed in some pretty sketchy, dingy, dirty looking places) the rooms were the absolute FILTHIEST & MOST DISGUSTING rooms I’ve EVER seen in my life!! I felt like I was in some kind of horror movie! (I’ll post pics below) The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned since the hotel originally opened, the door had a safety latch hook but there was nothing to hook it to, to stop the door from opening if someone tried to open it, there were broken things everywhere, the lamps looked like the original lamps from probably the 70s that had never been cleaned, there was mold growing in random places, things were broken hanging off the walls, the bathrooms looked to have never been cleaned, the ac didn’t work in one of the rooms, it had a musty “roach” smelling order although we never saw any roaches or bed bugs…I could go on but I’m sure you get the point. Basically, it looked as if someone had purchased an abandoned hotel/motel and put new mattresses and sheets on the beds and started renting rooms.

A place to sleep

It was dirty , shower toilet was not cleaned, tissue in toilet, pubic hairs in seat , sink and hit in shower, paint peeling of dresser/ ceiling in bathroom lamp lightbulb flashing, ice machine broke pool closed and loitering strange people. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Didn't even get the chance to because they made me leave

The rude lady told me to swipe my card stating it was only 101 for the night. I swipe my card and it went through. Then she failed to tell me that there was a 150 dollar charge of a deposit. Then she said since I couldn't afford the deposit I couldn't stay but my money wouldn't be back on my card until the next 3 business days. I was out of 101 dollars for 5 days. Her manager is rude and basically called me poor for not being able to afford it. Just wanted a night with my fiance to relax and not have to worry about stress.

Didn't like anything. Don't go here unless you wanna be made fun of and ripped off.

DO NOT STAY HERE ESP IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN

It was a place to stay near where I was going. I will not stay here ever again. If you have kids do not stay here. Spend a few more dollars and get a better hotel. They also have a $200 hold which they don’t tell you until you arrive. I was worried some weirdo would knock on my door or traffick my kids.

I will never stay here again. I paid for continental breakfast and all we got was bad coffee. The place had drunkards on the steps. Seedy looking ppl. Hanging around. It was not clean there were roaches. They only allow refunds within an hour of check in which they don’t tell you until after you realize damn this place is terrible which takes a few minutes but they’ll offer you another room and waste your time until the hour is up.

The refrigerator didn't work the remote control didn't work had to go up there three times for the remote control and that one still didn't work they took the time about buying one to go to it so is there two and a half days without a remote control to even work the TV and they said they maintenance man would be in that Saturday morning he was going to be found to fix the refrigerator and the telephone didn't work so you had to walk up there to tell him anything or drive up there to tell them anything because the phone is in the room did not work and he said none of their phones working any of the rooms

Room was not clean. Floor dirty. Never saw maid service. Light switch had no cover. Toilet seat loose. Didn't get room I reserved & confirmed.

Fine for 1 night.

The location was good. The staff let us check in early after our long drive.

This was not what we were expecting at all. The rooms smelled clean when we first walked in. After some inspection we realized that definitely was not the case.

They was nice and clean .However the pool was outa order that was really upsetting the kids was ready to swim but was un able to .

Our stay was awful.

There was really nothing I liked about this facility. Had a reservation for a king bed and received 2 doubles.

Did not get what was reserved. No pool open which was not mentioned during the reservation. Some lights did not work. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

staff was super nice and it was in a good location right between Wilmington and Wrightsville

the room wasn’t clean, the property and a lot of the people staying there were pretty sketchy, none of the amenities were available (breakfast, pool, etc). definitely would have just paid a little more to have had that stuff and stayed down the road.

Extremely affordable during Wilmington’s busy season. Comfortable, clean room with friendly staff.

The location is not prime ocean front, but the bed and pillows were absolutely fantastic and the staff is very friendly.

It would have been nice if the pool was open.

Asked for extra linens they didn’t have any at the time. Floor of our room hadn’t been swept and there was a dirty pillow case behind the headboard of the bed
