The room was very dirty, the beds had makeup, and body fluids on them. Never ever again.

the rooms were very spacious

the pool and hot tub were awful, very old and small and the hot tub did not work properly. the switch was broken. the hot tub in the weight room area was ok, but the water was always low. also the weight room was terrible. the eights were interchangeable weights and broken, 1 of two treadmills worked and the elliptical was broken.

Superb

The rooms were nice clean the staff was great friendly it felt secure staying with my children. It was easy to find if not familiar with the area. It was a great improvement from the other places we have stayed I know my family enjoyed it.

The rooms felt a little crowded with the couch bed out and the TV can only be seen from the fold up couch. I would also have liked to have paper or plastic cups besides the glass having children

Exceptional

Staff were extra helpful and friendly!! Breakfast was hot, good, and with a coffee machine that made coffee regular strength, strong, and extra strong. Spacious clean room, with all kitchen amenities needed for any length of stay.

After hours entrance was in an adjacent hotel which was inconvenient. The advertised shuttle doesn't exist on weekends.

Rooms were big, very clean, and accommodating.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot to offer.

It was decent but now snow removal. Was hard to walk in the snow and pull my suit case through snow

Room was spacious

The breakfast, the fridge made noise all night and made it difficult to sleep, the car wash made noise and also the heat/air conditioner was very noisy all night

It was a quick stay as didn't arrive until midnight and out by 10:30 am

We did not make it down to breakfast in time.

There looked like the walls in the bathroom by the toilet and toilet paper hadn't been wiped. The elevator was dirty.

We made the best of unpleasant accommodations.

We like to stay here because of the location and usually have no problems.

We were put in a handicapped room. I asked why and the desk gal said they were pretty full only 2 rooms left. So I asked what if a handicapped person comes in and needs this room? I was told, They usually don't have a need for handicapped rooms??? Why not put us in one of the 2 rooms she said they had left? The room had a very strong bleach smell, I let the front desk gal know-she said they've had several complaints about the bleach smell in the rooms and would look for a fan if needed. We opened the windows-left for 5 hours-bleach smell almost gone. Floor was very slippery in the bathroom. Not sure what was on the floor. This room is also right by the breakfast area, so not quiet at all. Curtain pull came off when I tried to open the curtain.

the receptionist was very kind and helpful when checking us in by giving us all information we needed and helping us if we had questions

the bedding was dirty with crumbs and HAIR all over. the head boards had grease marks from heads and hands (seen before we ever sat on each bed!

The room was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable! (Sunken in the middle)

I would stay here again but would check for bedding and towels before returning to my room at 11:30 pm.

location, rooms were spacious and nice, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly

mattress on fold out sofa was stained. not enough bedding for the sofa, not enough towels for everyone
