Not terrible but wouldn’t choose again

Convenient location. Clean. Beds were decent.

Nobody was ever available at the front desk. Terrible water pressure in the shower!! Sofa pullout bed was absolutely terrible!!

Good hotel in a convenient location

The suites/rooms were huge and very spacious. I booked this hotel in a rush one day and had by accident selected a room that is accessible. I’m not sure if that was the reason our room was so spacious. In comparison to regular hotel rooms, this was pretty big. Comfortable beds. Decent complimentary breakfast. Very convenient location.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty, stained, and in one spot sticky. The staff at the reception when we checked in was not very friendly. She didn’t even smile or greet us. She seemed annoyed.

Great environment, clean and spacious.

It was clean! Also bring close to the interstate was great.

The wind picked up during the night and our heater/ac unit howled like a wolf whenever the wind blew.

it was a good stay that served its purpose.

loved the location! so close to everything and where we needed to be! loved that it supported a family of five for sleeping! most of the staff was very friendly!

Room 325 needs some maintenance in the bathroom (caulk in some spots and the shower faucet needs tightening). the breakfast area is small but has a great selection…. it needs a bigger room. fitting more than 5 people in that area becomes chaotic.

Definitely not worth the almost $200 price tag. Will not stay here again.

Not much selection.

Room was kind of gross. Had a bad smell - musty, moldy. Dusty couch. Bathroom and entryway floors and other surfaces were sticky.

Very nice property, would stay here again, hope the attention to detail by the staff improves

The facility was nicely appointed and clean. The staff had hot dogs, cookies and lemonade/juice available upon arrival. The rooms was very large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great, the sausage patties were cold even though I arrived fairly early in the breakfast schedule.

The hotel front desk was short staffed during arrival with only one person running check-ins and between other various area's of the hotel, so check-in took some time considering there were only two guest parties in front of me, everyone was waiting. Check-in went smoothly & quickly once I got to the desk. The overnight staff that delivers the room receipts for check-out messed up my room bill with that of another guest (my room was 407 and I received the billing for room 307). As someone who has recently had issues with personal vandalism at my home address, this privacy breach was upsetting, considering my information was distributed to another guest. The front desk person apologized and admitted she had done the mistake, but it still doesn't resolve the fact it happened. Also, the hot tub/spa was not working due to 'no heat'. this was disappointing as i was hoping to use this amenity.

If you are a non-smoker, I would not stay here.

We had to leave early so we could not have breakfast.

Our reservation was for a non-smoking room, however the room was very smelly from a previous smoker(s) in the room.

OK stay, but other Comfort Suites feel more luxurious.

Other Comfort Inn Suites didnt seem so...with down. Also, it was quite noisy, poor insulation between rooms.

THE ROOM WAS RIGHT OFF THE ELEVATOR SO MY HUSBAND DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK VERY FAR. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT HOME. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL ALWAYS!

JUST DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED BUT NO BIG DEAL.

Just an average place

There was really nothing special about this hotel.

The pool and hot tub were not open. This was never told to us until after we checked in and were going to use it. The pool at the neighboring hotel was offered but getting there was a subzero walk outside and we had our infant grandson. We were not able to swim which was the main reason that we booked a room. I do not understand why they thought they could charge inflated priced rooms when their main amenities were closed. Not to mention that the hallway on the 2nd floor where our room was smelled terrible of marijuana.
