A pleasant & comfortable stay

Breakfast was very well stocked with warm options. Staff was very attentive to cleanliness. Even though this is an older facility, they did have upgraded amenities & phone, etc. charging available in room.

I wish a stepstool would have been available to climb into bed. It was a high mattress & I had trouble getting in. Once I managed to get in, the bed was very comfortable.

Would stay again just for the staff working there.

Front desk staff was outstanding, helpful, and intuitive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Selection of fresh fruit at breakfast could have been better. Eggs were powdered and not edible.

The only hotel of the many I've stayed at where the low battery fire alarm alert went off.

Rooms seemed clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Location was what we needed, walking distance to the Corning museum. Hallways were quiet.

Breakfast was poor - no fresh fruit, no whole wheat anything, sparse cereal options, eggs & sausage were empty by the time we got there (8 am) several mornings. Fire alarm started beeping due to low battery in our room at 2 am - seems like a potential safety issue if they don't change the batteries regularly. An unsympathetic night worker at the front desk moved us to a different room to sleep and - incredibly - required that we pack up and move all of our stuff at the same time (2 am), which seemed entirely unnecessary in the middle of the night. No sympathy let alone a discount for this terrible night of sleep. The chair & loveseat in the room(s) were stiff as boards so we mostly just sat on the bed itself.

Great place to stay for visiting the world class glass museum!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a brand new mattress in our room. The location was excellent for visiting the Corning Glass Museum.

The wifi was inconsistent.

Except for a terrible check-in experience, the stay was as expected. Photos were true.

Cleanliness and facilities.

The night check-in lady demanded that I correct a miscommunication between Booking.com and the Quality Inn regarding number of guests. My booking.com record was correct, but the Quality Inn records were incorrected. At 1 a.m., with a tired child in the car, I was expected to resolve this issue myself. The night check-in lady was angry and demanding over this very minor administrative error I was not responsible for.

The beds were a bit too high.. also breakfast was okay.. no one was actively refilling the food which got finished..

This was a reasonable place to stay for a visit to Corning Glass Museum and Watkins Glen.

bed was comfortable breakfast offerings were good enough to satisfy me. they had waffles, bagels, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and other cold options

It was fine - cheap and clean.

Easy to find, checkin was easy.

The continental breakfast was a let-down. The eggs (both scrambled and hard-boiled eggs were "off"; the soy milk was expired by 30 days; no fruit was offered).
