IN town overnight on a business trip. I have stayed here before, met my expectations. Only downside is price way (over $200), when it was much less a few months ago when I stayed

I didn’t arrive until almost morning. I was exhausted. The woman that helped me made check-in so pleasant and easy. She made sure I had something to take for breakfast. I appreciate her kindness. I was so exhausted I didn’t catch her name, but I would like to thank her for helping a tired traveler and her daughter.

Close parking and room was easily accessible
Our first room had a major water leak, had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work. We had to pack our stuff and go to the front desk to get a key to a different room.
