I stayed in three different Holiday Inn Express & Suites on this trip and this was the best one. The facilities were well kept, the staff were exceptional (one staff member even took a photo for me with stuffed animals my kids had sent with me, it made their day), I love the coffee machines in the lobby, it was a great trip!
There was no garbage can by the toilet. Very inconvenient. I also think the counters by the coffee machines could be better streamlined. If the mix ins for the coffee were to one side of the coffee machines instead of in the middle, and there were Al cups available by both machines, I don’t think the coffee line would get quite so backed up in the morning.
