The only issue here was on arrival, after the 4pm stated check in time the room was not ready. Took staff 15 minutes to determine if the room was ready. It was not, they stated it was still being cleaned. I asked for another room.. After driving 550 miles I did not feel like waiting around fort hem to prepare a room. They were able to give us another room. This should have been done in. the first place. I should not have had to ask for them to do this. All other aspects of this hotel are excellent.

Had a fourth floor run with a lakeview....beautiful! Loved the continental breakfast! Walking distance to several restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location ~ Love the lake view rooms! Stayed headed into Central Oregon and will book again for the trip home. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if needing accommodations in Klamath Falls!
