Overall stay was ok

Convenient location, free breakfast

Staff wasn’t very friendly, could not sleep because there was a continuous beeping in our room all night

The waffle mix was runny so didn’t make a nice waffle. Eggs and sausage not appealing

That the staff were loitering in the lobby and breakfast area. Didn’t look professional either to have laundry being folded there in the afternoon. Also the toilet seat in our room was in need of replacing. In rough shape.

Exceptional

Excellent resort style hotel in an excellent location near restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast and clean well maintained accommodations with all the amenities.

I ended up having to sleep in my car because I was awaken in the middle of the night by bed bugs

They have Bed Bugs. I ended up having to sleep in my car because I was awaken in the middle of the night being but by bed bugs. My arm is painful and swollen from where I was but. I was told I would be refunded but I still have not received it!

Great hotel. Very comfortable and quiet.

I have a in-state ID due to me being from Chattanooga, TN but I currently reside in Alabama due to being enrolled in College. I called before hand because I booked under my name while traveling with my boyfriend and was told if I could show proof of a bill in Alabama under my name I could stay. When I got to check in and explained to the gentleman what was previously told to me upon arrival he was very rude, argued me down, and made me wait until he get in contact with the supervisor who gave me that information. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in.

Beware of room 402! I think I should get a paycheck and a refund from my stay!

The lady in the front Tiki was great!

Our room 402 the bathroom sink was leaking, the refrigerator in our room was not working I physically changes out the fridge with another one! Every night we were there we had to get new key cards, batteries needed to be changed out and the best part there were metal beams coming out from under bed my husband cut his leg open on them We had room 402

Fair, will not stay again.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable .. Convenient location off the interstate.

The hallways were not fresh smelling.The air conditioner had broken knobs and the temperature could not be controlled. Everything could have been cleaner and fresher. Definitely not worth the money.

Over all, the staff, room and location was excellent.

Our initial room was not ok. There was a dehumidifier running in the room. When notified staff moved us to another room. The second room was very nice.

The room we stayed in had a toilet that had water running through it constantly.

Very clean, nice spacious room. We felt very secure with the parking and hotel accessibility.

The location was very convenient. The selection of food was a little better than average.
