location was good
room was very musty. didn't have towels in room, had to ask for them. room was small. paint chipping in bathroom shower area. could tell it was an older building. doors were worn. cigarette stains on bathroom counter.

The location was great and staff was very friendly. Cold ac!
Our room specifically had a few issues but nothing that kept us from a good nights sleep. More aesthetic type issues with big unfilled holes in the shower, rusty drain in the bathtub that splattered rust when you took a shower.
