TV was impossible to operate

Comfortable room.
Wife left pair of 24k Gold Earrings by mistake when we checked out. Hotel manager was not very helpful in recovering them.

The pool is broken with no plan thatcI know of to fix it.
Breakfast ok, missing a few condiments.
Main areas especially carpets in hallways dirty.i

The man at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. Not only did he smile but did his best to help us in what we needed. I was very appreciative of that.
The bathroom didn't have toilet paper in it when we arrived and there was some leftover garbage left under the bed when we arrived. I also asked for an extra blanket but none could be found. Plus the pool was broken which was a HUGE disappointment to my kids.
