The elevator got stuck on the 4th floor and I had to carry my walker up and down the stairs many times.

The staff and room
The children who was unattended to There parents was never watching them which is very sad to say. To my ch is goin on in these day to not watch your kids.

A lot of restaurants in the area
The people at the front desk don’t answer the phone. The lady at front desk was not welcoming after she opened the office 30 minutes late. And worst of all they have roaches not 1 or 2 either they were in the kitchen area and also in the bathroom as well as night stands and for $450 that is unacceptable
