The room was very clean and comfortable
The check in process from the front desk upon arrival. He was loud and it was a mix up in our booking . He basically said it was nothing he could do for us. After, me showing him my info on my cell phone. Then he looked for the booking. Not good customer service at all .

Great location everything visited for was no more then ten mins are less loved that
The pool was not heated and that was the reason I book this hotel.

The property was nice and clean
The fact that they have a pool and when the kids played in the pool a guy and and said to the kids not to splash because the water is coming in thru walk .found it odd to tell kids when the door is right. near the pool
