My ressie was cancelled by booking.com one hour after I made the ressie. And then when I got there from airport, they told me they were sold out. They eventually got me a room was charged me a higher rate.

We couldn’t wait to check out.

The staff was very nice.

Air conditioning was disgusting and turned on at most once an hour, even though I had it turned to the coolest temp and highest fan. The room was not clean. The bathroom was quite gross. We could have kept ice cream in the fridge. Trains were running loudly all night, along with loud patrons smoking and talking until 3 AM all night.

We normally come to Colorado almost every year. This WAS my favorite hotel. Good rates and decent location.

I had made reservations months in advanced. No one reached out and told me there would be construction going on at the hotel during my stay. No one told me that the hotel was now non-smoking completely, the whole reason I originally picked this hotel. I even paid for a smoking room. We were there a week, and not once did a housekeeper knock on our door or clean our room.

The price was attractive.

The room was filthy, the floor hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long, the room was roach infested to the point that my fiancee had to leave the room. I would appreciate it if you could comp me a room for at least one night at a different location of course.

The bed was comfortable and they had muffins and juice/coffee in the morning

Was very dirty and did NOT feel like a safe area at all. We also booked a smoking room but were given a non-smoking room instead

It was quite and had a bathtub and checkout was at noon.

The remodel crew working on the room next to us at night. The toilet stopped up. Sheets on bed had not been changed out.

I did not feel safe enough to stay

Was traveling across country for an unexpected work trip. Im from Oregon. I've never been to Denver. Booked online. The place was so ghetto with prostitution & drug use all ver outside of the facilities. I did not stay here. Requested a refund & never heard back 😞

Not recommend to stay here at all not even if you have a budget, not worth it.

nothing was great about the hotel, they are not reinvesting into the property at all.

It was scary, people out side and around the cars, I get inside the carpet is a filth, the massive odor was unbearable, no light in the bathroom.

Pay the extra and go elsewhere!

Not much. The bed was somewhat comfy

Everything else. Being give a room with 2 full beds after booking a king room.the king room having only 2 pillows and not being able to get more. The missing shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap. The lack of replacement toilet paper. The maid trying to walk in on day 2 of a 4 day stay, without knocking. The lack of replacement towels when needed. The multiple days of police activity in the parking lot. The fact that you couldn't take a hot shower for even 5 minutes, after waiting 10 while letting it run it to get to hot, without the water going ice cold in the middle of it for no reason.
