Both persons at the service desk were welcoming and attentive.
My guest, while in the bathroom, encountered a roach. The parking spaces were taken up by cars with attached flatbed and high rise ladder trucks. The parking lot itself was rather small for the location being off the expressway.

The staff wasn't disrespectful. Not very welcoming but not ruled.
No pool! One of the main reasons I picked this location was because it had an indoor pool, apparently it's been closed for years and they haven't gotten around to updating their website 😕. Plus I kept getting bit, never found the source though.
