Staffs were helpful and doing online check in they keep everything ready. Keys handed over in seconds 😃
Towels and toiletries replenished well.
Dirty looking and blackened carpets in the room.
No lights in the walkway except 2 table lamps and a corner pedestal lamp.
Elevator old , dirty, down button in 2nd floor broken.
Ice machine out of order in 2nd floor so had to go to reception/ 1st floor every time

Location
I was upset because when we went to check in at
6:00pm our room was not ready even though check in is at 4:00pm. We were told to come back in a hour and our room was finished.
