We were very pleased with our stay.

Breakfast in a bag was perfect for our needs as hotel was under construction. Wheelchair accessible room was great! Newly remodeled room was great. The bed was very comfortable!

I wish there had been a comfy chair to sit in with a place to elevate my legs ( ie. an ottoman or a reclining chair) as I have legs swelling issues and back pain. I was in ADA room. The bed was a few inches too tall to climb into when I have back pain. I managed, however it was a bit difficult. The bed was super comfortable though. Just some ideas to make it a bit more comfortable.

Facility was nice and it was comfortable. Would stay again.

Didn’t decider a discount since I came through very late. And was out next morning. But I understand that not all employees may have ability to do that.

Pick a different place to stay

Location was great

Bathroom was a disaster. Needed some major work done. Also construction was awful. I picked up over 50 nails from the various areas I walked through. Most of these were parking spaces too. Staff was not knowledgeable. Also was charged for my 3 nights stay right off the bat plus I was charged extra. I am still waiting to see if the credits go through. I left a day early and the staff did not know how to do the check out. Could not stand to stay another night. Need to put on their site that they are under construction. I had to call the corporate office to get anything done. Corporate office Phone number is 301-592-5000. Please call them with your issues. They want to know.

Dissatisfied

Room service was not available as offered, neither was a menu for the onsite restaurant. Rooferrs were using nail guns nonstop until 7pm. The workers had garbage everywhere outside. Our window blind was broken and all the workers and outside people could see into our room . For almost $100 , I'm not happy.

Quiet and relaxing and due to the renovation they lowered their prices.

They are renovating, and it was clean. It’s going to look beautiful when it done.

My door didn’t lock with the thumb turn. No biggy I understand there renovating.

Driving from Idaho to Lincoln City, the Dalles is a halfway point. Worked out great ❤️

The location is perfect to get on and off the interstate, the staff were wonderful. The included breakfast was nice.

Disgusting, no other way to put it. Extremely dirty, dog piss on the carpets, the room had not been cleaned. We found the before peoples clothing receipts on the counter. The worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Do not go to this place. It's a Disgusting mess. I can't wait to give it my Google review!!!! Who the hell is the owner. OMG , do they not see this embarrassment of a hotel. It really needs to be closed down. How does the BBB alow this place to keep on running.!!! BTW, the restaurant socks as well. It's like a cafeteria not a restaurant, absolutely the worst place ever!!!!

Hotel desperately needs to be updated, beds are uncomfortable Grout in bathroom needs redone as well as floor trim and moldings Too pricy for only offering a view but no luxury inside

A very safe Motel to stay out with an excellent restaurant and staff.

The honesty of the staff, and the restaurant while a bit cold inside, served excellent food.

The room was very small and not really up to date.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THE OTHER THINGS, NOT SO GREAT.

THE STAFF WERE GREAT. I APPRECIATED THE ROOM SERVICE AS I WAS TRAVELLING ALONE.

THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, THE BED WAS HORRIBLE. EXTREMELY SOFT AND YOU ROLLED TO THE MIDDLE BECAUSE THE MATTRESS WAS OLD.

Low price, low quality, but quiet and clean.

The location is good. I like waking around the river and seeing the dam. The grounds are nice and the workers are very friendly. The room was dated but clean and quiet.

The climate control unit was horrible, noisy hard to adjust and stinky, it should have been replaced 2-3 years ago. Luckily the weather was such we could open the window and be Okay. The bed had a list to the left with a saggy middle, and after the water ran in the shower for a few minutes it cleared to the point of being useable. The lock on the outer door was broken, but the room door was good. The room was cheep, but it was not a bargain. We left a day early, getting home late, rather than spend an extra night.

Restaurant was good.

Room was NOT CLEAN... Breakfast was a disaster. Out of Juice, out of milk, out of coffee, Had to ask for these items. Biscuits and COLD gravy were not very appetizing. No microwave available to warm them. Toasted bagels were good. Property was needing repair. Chipped concrete was dangerous.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay here. We stay here often while in town. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help with anything even recommendations to local spots to visits.

Only down side is breakfast but it's not there fault. Covid has made the breakfest restrictions for hotel a bit tough to figure out a covid friendly environment.
