Lovely big room and a great view of the river and mountains Nice pool and hot tub Make your own hot drinks anytime from the machine convenient for the marina and local attractions
Too much waste plastic - wraps around the cups -small red stirring straws and small bags of sachets in the bedroom Better to supply small cartons of milk and sugar sachets with wooden stirrers to reduce waste and support our environment
A glass of orange juice with breakfast would be nice

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were excellent and room was very clean.
We paid to have a balcony with river view but were put on the ground floor where there was a well used walking path right outside our room-no privacy and less of a view than the upper floors which is where we expected to be. In addition the window toward the river had a leak between the panes so the window was foggy our entire stay which of course meant that our view was compromised.

beautiful, large room. very clean.
Breakfast was great and was included by the separate restaurant next door -- but they seemed kind of unwelcoming once they found out our breakfast was free and we weren't new paying customers.

Did not eat breakfast. Location was easily accessible and close to food options.
There was a pair of underwear under the edge of the bed from the previous guest. Elevator broke down on Saturday leaving my partner that uses a walker stuck in the room for the rest of the weekend. It was difficult for her to get down the stairs from the fourth floor.
