Gorgeous location, very comfortable and great staff!

The location is amazing! We had a view of the Columbia River. The room was very well-equipped, even if you want to stay in and cook, it had a small kitchen. It is also beautiful with nice touches in decor. The staff was extremely helpful, both by providing suggestions for activities and helping to direct us to our rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could be better is if there were screens on the windows. We love the night air in the summer but could not open the windows due to the mosquito season.

The location was beautiful. The room was gorgeous. Even though the bedroom was next to the interstate, the sound was muffled.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. I used the kitchen sink to wash my hands and brush my teeth

Good location for exploring the Gorge and Hood River. The Adirondack chairs for morning coffee looking at the Columbia River. Proximity to the historic Columibia Gorge Hotel.

The stairs could be a problem for some people accessing specific villa units.

Superb

Location overlooking the Columbia River was wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn't have a river-view room, but that was fine. There are lovely gardens connecting Columbia Cliff Villas with the neighboring grand Columbia Gorge Hotel, which guests are invited to visit and explore. Plenty of scenic viewpoints. It's a peaceful spot, but just 5 minutes by car from downtown Hood River.

No place onsite (either at the Villas or the neighboring Hotel) to get coffee/tea and scone/muffin. The Villas are all individual units. The Hotel offers dining services, but nothing quick so you can get something to go and sit on the river-view patio.

The grounds were beautiful and convenient to everywhere. Staff accommodating.

No blow dryer. Pictures missing off the wall. Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall

Unexpected treasure alongside the Columbia River

Amazing view above the Columbia River. Creative landscaping, architecture and even a waterfall.

Minor issue, we were in a corner room, which had a downspout outside. A very light drizzle caused a constant drip, which created a non-stop "tap-tap-tap", making it difficult to sleep. Fortunately, the rainfall increased and the tapping changed to a pleasing rush of water to lull us to sleep!

The location was convenient to all of our activities that we did. The bed was comfortable. Amenities inside the room all worked fine.

No extra places to sit besides the bed or the one office chair. After staying in this room, I thought even the $150 a night price was to high for what you get. Tiny room, no room to move around, no view, no places to sit comfortably. $89 or $99 is more reasonable. The other rooms on the property are probably a lot nicer.

My room wasn't anything like the pics. I got a very small room. View of the freeway. No kitchen. No fireplace. I was expecting a better room

Room was nice, but the booking site was extremely misleading.

The room was clean and nicely put together.

The room advertised and requested was not what I received or what the location offered from the pictures and description provided by your site. Very poor and immoral sales and advertising.
