Cute, quaint and perfectly located near wine tasting.Quiet peaceful setting. I enjoyed the complementary glass of wine and cheese.

Attendant took our order and had a casual disposition.

For Breakfast there was a dog in the dining room right next to the display of food. Dog was whimpering and jumping in the tables. Dogs should only be permitted on the porch and not allowed inside.

Perfect for a weekend in the area. The hotel is charming and the rooms are well maintained and decorated with taste!

The hotel front desk was closed when we arrived at noon, and we couldn't reach them by phone before our 4:00 p.m. check-in. Thankfully, the cleaning team took care of our luggage. You’d expect a 4 star hotel to have someone on duty at check-in, at least during the day.

It is beautiful and old. A lot of character.

The rooms are so hot. You cannot control the heat. I slept with the windows wide open all night and yet as very hot it spent the whole night awake. Also regarding the free breakfast. It used to be wonderful with a little menu and a few choices. It is now 1 item, that’s it.. Angel the chef is so talented. He has been there a long time and used to make the best breakfasts. I spoke to him and he said the property was bought outlast summer ‘25 and the new owners want conformity so hence the crappy breakfast. His hands are tied. He is so good but is unable to use his skills. They make him make this one crappy thing. I won’t stay again unless they can make the rooms self controlling with the temperature… and also not until they return the breakfast to the same level it was just a year ago. They may be saving money but I would rather pay more and have a nice simple breakfast such as the smoked salmon on bread and cream cheese. It was wonderful and now? A couple of fried eggs with cauliflower… I mean really? And no choices. Angel is amazing. I think he needs to go and work in a kitchen that will actually use his lovely skills. So great… the new owners have conformity. They have brought all 3 restaurants down to the same level rather than raising them up.
