The availability and cleanliness met my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. The ocean was close enough, very nice.
The food choices for the continental breakfast were not very healthy, nor diverse.

Excellent location near the boardwalk.
A table with 3 chairs. a comfy reading chair. Lots of space, Clean. A view of the sea. Micro fridge and coffee.
I loved the all-white lobby.
Too many sweet things for breakfast. Nothing savory like bread or bagels.
No local maps nor tourist information available
It took me a while to figure out the TV. The written instructions were confusing and wrong. I had to ask for help.
The jacuzzi was in a different location.

The place alone is very cozy and quintessential beach town, with the ocean right across a small street. The space is large, beds are comfortable.
However, management could do better. We had an electrical outage and the fire alarms went bonkers at 5am- no answer from management. I had to call the non-emergency line and the fire department came. This was not how I wanted things to go on my vacation, and management didn't even address the issue with me. When I approached the receptionist at checkout it was almost like nothing had occurred and no remedies were offered.
