The room was great had all we needed coffee fridge microwave. Was clean and comfortable.
The one member of staff we met was ok my husband uses a wheelchair and I had requested a ground floor room in advance but this message didn’t get through and he didn’t seem to care about the difficulty of us getting to the room. Not even any offer to help with our luggage.

It was clean and conveniently located. The bed was fairly comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.
The air coming out of the AC smelled of mildew and it was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on during the night. The interior could certainly use an update.
