Friendliness of the staff, comfortable beds

Accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the downtown area where there are plenty of good eating options and beautiful walking trails along the lake.
The alarm on someone's car started going off around 8:00 pm. After about 20 minutes, I asked the front desk if there was anyway to contact the owner. Since they don't get the license plate of people staying, they didn't know who owned the car. The clerk showed little concern or interest in solving the issue. I suggested she call the police and see if they could run the license to find out who owned it. The car did turn off but started again around 3:00. The hotel should take license plate numbers to address future issues like this.

Really nice hotel in mid price range. Good parking, free internet, very comfy beds and clean rooms. Friendly amd helpful staff
Nothing really. Decor maybe needs updating a little , but this is a very minor point

Pet friendly was a plus.
The gym was decent. Large pool.
Bedroom was comfortable.
It was easy to get to downtown and to get to where my training was.
Room was large. Air conditioning worked well.
Decent selection of teas at the front lobby.
Got stuck in a room next to the stairs that was noisy as hell from people running up and down all hours of the day, causing the dog to be alarmed and bark. This was not a good place to put someone with pets.
The parking lot was very inconvenient to access.
Food was mediocre. Powdered eggs are not my thing, and I'm not crazy about sausage that has more salt than a salt mine.
Some staff were very friendly. Others were not the most approachable. Not mean or rude really, just standoffish.
