Cleanliness, staff, parking, location, area.
Doors lock after midnight and you have to wait for staff to come open. Doors out dated, pool is small.

Rooms were nice clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful especially Tammy, she went above and beyond she was the most friendly employee here and she provided outstanding customer service.
The pool was closed, the side doors were broken and the washing machines seemed to be broken as well.

Comfortable bed.
Asked for an extra pillow for the pull out, they never answered me back.
