How clean and quiet it was. Also that they were pet friendly. The manager was accommodating for when we first arrived by giving us a bottom floor.
That the first room given to us had not been cleaned etc and it was noticeable but the manager made it right by giving us another room that was clean and on bottom floor.

I had some of the best sleep there.
The strong smell of cigarettes when I entered the room. And there was a huge puddle of water on the floor from the AC unit. I had to use towels to soak up the water and when I stepped anywhere in that area water was coming up through the cracks of the floor.
