Clean room, but shortcomings that need to be fixed.

The room was clean; the linens as well (more on that below). We welcomed the fact that there was a refrigerator, but was a little surprised that it wasn't plugged in, which we didn't immediately notice, no big deal. The bed was reasonable comfortable.

Frankly, the "free wifi" was terrible. Signal was week, it would disappear altogether, requiring us to re-submit our acceptance of terms, dropped packets.... We did speak to the staff, who suggested another wifi, but it had the same problems. It would be better if wifi wasn't advertised. Speaking of advertising, on booking.com, the room was advertised "breakfast included"... when we got there, a big sign said that breakfast was no longer being offered. Felt a little bit like bait and switch (there was coffee, however). Also, at the time of this writing (end of March 2024), the towels (clean, to be clear) are close to threadbare and should (will ?) be changed. Also, we had to put baking soda in the fridge to eliminate the smell.

Very nice clean and comfortable quiet hotel in convenient L.A. location

Room was very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. The shower was excellent. Appreciated the microwave and mini-frig in the room.

Su ubicación.

Desayuno solo algunos días, según el personal se les olvidó ir a comprar lo necesario para el desayuno de los huéspedes. En las habitaciones hay chiripas. Los baños requieren actualización y mejor presentación. El internet es pésimo 👎

Nothing at all.

Room too small, smelling bad. Bad sheets and hard mattress, not comfortable. Room get to bright in the morning. Also, people who works on front desk is way to crazy.. they keep following you and checking when you get in, when you get out, stop at the parking lot and stare at your room, take pictures, was a completely awful experience. I really feel intimidated over there.

Good

The room was big enough for the 4 of us. The bathroom was renewed and nice. The pool is good. There is enough space in the free parking area.

The room itself should have been renewed in the same way as the bathroom, it looks outdated and old. The carpet in the floor does not give enough image of cleanless. The breakfast isn't a real breakfast. Almost no place to get the breakfast, and just outmeal and yoghurt.

Ok stay for one night.

Close to everything. freeway.

Trash on property and in elevator. could use a good power cleaning all over. Hairdryer did not work and broken.

worth it, despite people with noisy dogs

location to 210 makes access to the rest of Pasadena and events at the Rose Bowl easy to get to.

the time I was there, multiple rooms had barking dogs that would go nuts often making sleeping a pain.

This is a great place for the money.

The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The location is great. We've been here many times and keep coming back!

The breakfast is sparse. We end up bringing our own.

HORRIBLE

Check in was great straight to bed. The nightmare started when I woke up that evening for work no hot water the 2nd night NO HOT WATER, I live down the street i had to go home to take a shower what a waste of money I'm very disappointed that it did not get fix right away poor staff had to deal with rude people but you have to understand nobody did nothing about it and it's raining cold and NO HOT Water i want my money back!!!!!

I had booked my room & literally 15 minutes later I had to cancel due to an emergency. I was denied.

the room looked good until it wasn’t.

at first glance it was impressive. there were roaches crawling all over the night stand.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay in Pasadena and very economical in price.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable and clean. Restrooms were very clean and the shower was fantastic.

The breakfast options were okay, but I think hot meal options would make the experience much better.

Decent Stay for a Business Trip..

Location is close to Home Depot, Restaurants, etc. Plenty of parking spots. Being Pet Friendly is a plus. Great ShabuShabu restaurant walking distance. Room was pretty big..

The hotel is a bit outdated. Breakfast is mediocre (Granola, coffee, etc.). A few homeless folks hand around the corner of property. Had no problem with them, but something to be aware about.

No towels, No T.V., No breakfast, and Scary intruder.

The evening staff was very kind, the room was a good size.

There was no towels. The T.V. didn’t work. A random person walked into our room. The continental breakfast was only yogurt cups. If I owned this hotel I would of gone to a Store, and bought towels for my guests. A towel is a essential item for a motel. People go to hotel expecting at least a shower, and a clean bed. Not having a towel is unexceptionable for a motel. The T.V. didn’t work. but the worst part was a random guy walking into our room it was very scary.

everything else was great.

I was unhappy with the fact that I paid 40.00 to have my dog there and they didn't even have a place for my dog to go to the bathroom. i know they worry about what dogs can do but if they need to charge people for their stay, they need to provide any area for the dogs to go.
