Holiday Inn Express Show Low by IHG

Quite possibly the best hotel stay we've experienced in Arizona! Had the indoor pool/hot tub to ourselves! Fantastic breakfast selection. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our huge bathroom had a large jaccuzi. Especially liked the indoor skywalk connecting both buildings.

Access to the "East Wing" building from the parking area is a bid funky (mostly exits only), but workable.

R. 115. The beds are as hard as concrete......could have just removed the beds and slept on the ground....had to buy a 3inch memory foam pad to make it even bareable....room 120 bed where much softer......thats my only complaint

Slightly overpriced.

The continental breakfast was pretty good. The breakfast staff were very friendly.

When there was an issue at check in the manager became immediately combative with me starting the conversation by telling me to not swear at the staff, which I'd not done and had no intention of doing. She kept cutting me off rather than allowing me to explain the issue. The hot tub was really cold the first night. The carpet leading into my room was torn and coming up which is a tripping hazard. The sink, tub and shower were all cracked and old. The shower door wouldn't close all the way. The fridge wasn't cold and caused my produce to mold in less than 24 hours.
