Location. Only place in the area. Pricey for what it actually is...upscale motel.
A bit shabby with updates a bit off. Location is great. And breakfast restaurant is fantastic.

It’s in a very nice area. Quiet nights, but close enough to get to Jamestown, Newport and other locations
We stayed for three days, . The bed was a little too firm for me. There was an issue with our toilet, not flushing correctly, but we went to the front desk and within a short time there was someone there to look at it and fix it

Great location. Quiet. Breakfast/lunch next door. Older building but the value is great for the location. 3 minutes to quaint wickford. 20 minutes to Narragansett.
