Clean and friendly hotel! I’d stay here again.

Location, easily accessible to other facilities we needed. Clean, pool was well maintained. Breakfast was good, (coffee could be stronger). Dog relief areas were abundant and we really enjoyed our stay!

Honestly, we’re past COVID. Having a policy of cleaning the room and making the bed only every 3 days is absurd. When you’re paying about or over $200 a night, the very least you should expect is the room to be cleaned, towels changed, and bed made daily. I literally had to complain to get these minimal things done. Why? Now, after I complained it was done, but I should have not have to have asked (after the first day, when I did ask and it wasn’t done.)

Good location. Good helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet.

Bunch of loud “guests?” Smoking weed on a patio to the right of the lobby when we pulled up Thursday night. Just ridiculous. I was embarrassed I chose that hotel. If I my family with me, I would have left immediately.

Nice quiet location, always friendly & facility clean

Did not hv room farmers drapes at least I thought until I came to desk the next morning and staff took me back to the room. So concealed never noticed them

You get what you pay for!

Great breakfast and breakfast room. Great staff.

Definitely showing it’s age and beds were very hard! Jacuzzi and pool area could use a good scrubbing.

I may stay there again, I normally stay next door but I wanted hot tub.

The location was perfect. My son had ACL surgery at Aspirus and physical therapy. I came up to be with him during this time.

Breakfast was fine, but pool very small and hot tub needed more water. It was freezing out at the time and I REALLY wanted to soak in there but the water was really low. Brought the dog because I had nobody to watch him; location great for that but they really overcharged me for that. I paid almost a THOUSAND dollars for four nights there which is way too high for this property in this town.

THE ELEVATOR NEEDS ATTENTION!! Motor is loud and guests worry it will quit working. Everything else about our stay was very good.

the bed was super hard, the floors creaked so you could hear the people on the floor above us every time they walked.

I always enjoy my stay at Country Inn and Suites.

Clean, fabulous breakfast options. The pool is very nice.

The hotel was very busy and some of the guests were very loud. Instead of using their rooms to talk, they were out in the halls. My room was very nice but I had a double queen room and I didn't need all that so I had to pay more for something I didn't need.

Ok, I just ate cold cereal nothing hot

My toilet didn't flush all the way and water kept rising with every flush. Overflowed slightly at one point. Called the front desk and they provided a plunger promptly. That did the trick.

Good place to base our stay of the area, with access to restaurants, retail close by.

Good hot breakfast with variety of options. Good location for getting around town and the area.

Lots of noise from vaccine clinic held next door to my room.
