The staff was so kind and friendly! The facility was clean and tidy! The breakfast was really fantastic! Thank you for such a great visit.

Great place to stay close to A LOT.

we had the king suite room and it was great! value was also great. the staff was amazing!

only one TV in the room with two sitting areas. ice machine on first floor only

I generally don't eat breakfast but my husband would rate breakfast a "c" i loved the shower including shampoo, etc.

Great Staff, Hotel just ok

The staff is the highlight of this hotel.

We booked for 4 people (king + sofa bed) and the sofa bed was not ready to sleep when we arrived at 1am . We had to open the sofa, move the furniture and make the bed ourselves so our kids could sleep there. There was no more conditioner in the shower, just the empty bottle. The king matress was very worn and we rolled to the middle of the bed.

Disappointing

Would have appreciate the option of a discount through AAA but that didn't seem to be an option for online booking. The Inn could not change anything that was done online.

Great stay for a three-day hockey festival. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect location for a hockey festival. Very close to the Hawks Ice rink. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety including eggs, milk, OJ, fruit, tea and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful. The king suite was VERY comfortable for three of us, who spent a lot of time in the room between games (the boy needed rest, and with the pandemic, we don't like to be out and about more than necessary). The fridge and microwave served us well. The extra space in the king suite and a bit of separation with the half-wall was nice, since we were together 24/7 for three days. The location is also near lots of restaurants and Target, which came in handy to replace a smashed water bottle between games. Great stay. Thank you!

The pull out couch was not the most comfortable to sleep on. It would also be great to find tea bags as well as coffee in the room, but such a minor point!

absolutely lovely

it’s super clean and right in the middle of everything you need. sausage disks (explained below) there was a very nice man at the front desk who upon arrival talked with me about the area and my stay. he was very welcoming. I loved the availability of hot tea as I do not drink coffee. UM THE SOAP DISPENSERS IN THE SHOWER??? that was pure genius. never seen that in a hotel before. absolutely loved that. check out was fast omg I talked to her for like 3 seconds and I was out of there! check in was also mega easy. every employee I passed said hi and smiled!

it could be closer to UWSP but I’m not mad about it, close enough, not like you can pick up the building and move it over there. breakfast sausage links were dry. those little disk ones were way better than the links tho I was digging that pretty hard.
