Breakfast was good. The waitress was very upbeat and a good server.
When we reached the hotel there was an power outage. Not the fault of your staff but many people that were there waiting to get into our rooms were on the way to weddings. We all had to take turns changing into our clothes the the public bathroom one at a time. The staff could have opened up a meeting room to put our luggage in and to make it a little easier to get ready for the big event that we were all there for.

I loved how when I called at roughly 2pm, the front desk was able to set up a room for me. I requested a room on the top floor away from other guests because I have a hard time sleeping with noise. My room needed to be changed because it didn't have a couch (which I can only sleep on a couch), and I was placed on the second floor. What I really liked about this hotel is even though I had a room on the second floor, I slept lovely and didn't hear any noise, despite the hotel being a full stay.
I don't know how this happened, but thank you Holiday Inn! I will definitely be coming back!
Everything was lovely and the other guests at the hotel were courteous and respectful! I would have loved to see the water park. The pool was closed during my stay.

Location was great. There's a Kwik Trip and Target nearby. Quite a few restaurants in close driving distance (a few you can walk to).
Lobby area was beautiful.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Lots of parking.
They were able to get us 2 rooms next each other as requested at my time of booking.
We found multiple places to hike all within about 15 min drive.
My kids said the pool wasn't very clean.
No continental breakfast (there is a restaurant onsite you can purchase breakfast at).
The Wi-Fi didn't work consistently for us. In our room, yes, but not in other areas.
The walls were thin and you could hear lots of noise even with the bathroom fan and TV on.
