The location was perfect. We were exploring Frisco, a Ghost Town.
This was a very comfortable place to stay after an afternoon of investigating the unknown.
We had no negitives staying there at all
We even checked back in and stayed another night.

It is reasonably clean and generally easy to stay there, but there isn't exactly much choice in Milford.
Service is same as always (having stayed several times) being just about adequate, if your expectations are already pretty low.
When I arrived there were yoghurts in the fridge from the previous guest I assume, which means, obviously no-one had checked or cleaned the fridge.
There was melted cheese and other remains in the dish in the microwave, which means no-one had checked or cleaned that either. You wonder why the cleaning staff don't have a routine for cleaning a room as they must do the same rooms over and over every day.
I called reception and they sent someone to clean the microwave dish. I left the yoghurts for the next guest.
I returned to the hotel late the next evening to find my key card didn’t work. Turns out they had booked me out after one day rather than the 4 days I had booked, even though all of my stuff was still in the room.
Last time I stayed there was no towels or cups for water, they had forgotten to replace them after cleaning the room.
No coffee or drink making facilities at all (no coffee maker or kettle), just a microwave and fridge.
Penny's Diner is really the only option for breakfast and dinner really. It is a miserable place normally, but we were lucky to have one young lady serving us who was really cheerful and attentive. Even so, between her and the chef, they still got some of the orders wrong, again, standard for Penny's.
If there was any competition at all, this place would shut down, but as there isn't, you don't really have a choice.
