Location to Duval was great
Room 131 on 3rd floor was difficult to get to. Bed in alcove was uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower was very low.

We liked the small private setting with the pool and the hot tub, and the freedom afforded to everyone there during fantasy fest.
It is close to everything we wanted to do on Duvall Street.
Great spot we already rebooked for next year
